The Virginia I. Douglas Centre for Clinical Psychology is an integral component of teaching and training in the Department of Psychology at McGill University. Our mission is to provide training in the application of evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques, to provide affordable psychological services to members of the Montreal community, to support clinical research, and to serve as a source of clinical training and knowledge dissemination. Le Centre de services psychologiques est le premier lieu de formation à la pratique des étudiants au doctorat en psychologie. Lors de leur premier stage, les étudiants, sous la supervision de psychologues qualifiés, reçoivent, selon la nature du stage, des enfants, des adolescents et des adultes (incluant les personnes âgées) pour des services d’évaluation et de consultation brève.

La Clinique universitaire de psychologie du Département de psychologie de l’Université de Montréal est une clinique de formation et de recherche. 

Elle offre des services d’évaluation et de consultation à prix modique aux gens de la région métropolitaine. Ses services sont, pour la plupart, offerts par des étudiant(e)s du doctorat sous la supervision de psychologues d’expérience.

Les rencontres avec les client(e)s se déroulent de septembre à avril de chaque année. Nous prenons cependant les inscriptions toute l’année pour les services dont la liste d’attente est ouverte.
